so, i went to new york city last weekend to see gabriel, and we had a lot of fun, as always. we took a good amount of photographs that i will put up here sooooon. i'm just lazy.
tomorrow, i need to DRAW! draw, draw, draw, DRAAAAWWWW!! then, i'm going to make a puppet head. skin, eyes, hair, lips, everything for the head. i will make my styrofoam sphere into a beautifully fantastic slutbag. i also am going to write narration/analysis papers for my focused inquiry class. busy girl.
today, i had my orientation at the SPCA. for my focused inquiry class, we have to volunteer somewhere and write about it (see above). so i chose to pet the kittie cats. and it was awesomeeeeee. i did lots of laundry, washed dishes, and played in the "cat catillions". i was surrounded by 12 cats in a small room. there was a fluffy black and white cat that loved me, and a goofy grey cat that i loved, but it didn't feel the same. it's nice playing with the cats, because they don't have much of a chance to socialize with people and other cats. if that doesn't happen, people aren't going to adopt them. :(
i just downloaded 3 albums: belle and sebastian's "the life pursuit", the knife's "silent shout", and boards of canada's "music has the right to children". apparently they are all amazing? i haven't checked them out yet.

tonight is the last night of "taking it easy" from the workload. you better enjoy it. 'cause when you wake up, your ass is gonna be in the sweatshop from hell.
